1. Acceptance of Terms

By subscribing to our meal delivery service, you agree to these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, please do not use our service.

2. Monthly Subscription Cycle

Our service operates on a monthly subscription basis. Subscriptions are billed monthly in advance and automatically renew unless canceled. The billing cycle begins on the date of subscription activation and repeats every 30 days thereafter. You will receive an invoice via email at the start of each billing cycle.

3. Delivery Expectations

Meals are delivered according to your selected plan (e.g., lunch or dinner). Deliveries occur on weekdays, excluding public holidays. We aim to deliver between 11:00 AM - 2:00 PM for lunch and 6:00 PM - 9:00 PM for dinner. Delivery times may vary due to traffic or unforeseen circumstances. We are not liable for delays beyond our control.

4. Customer Responsibility for Correct Address

You are responsible for providing and maintaining an accurate delivery address. Any changes to your address must be updated in your account at least 24 hours before the next delivery. We are not responsible for deliveries to incorrect addresses if you fail to notify us of changes. Additional fees may apply for redelivery due to incorrect address information.

5. Cancellation and Pause Rules

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your account dashboard or by contacting customer support. Cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle, and you will continue to receive deliveries until then. Pausing is allowed for up to 2 weeks per month, with no more than 4 pauses per year. Pauses must be requested at least 48 hours in advance. No refunds are provided for unused deliveries during the billing cycle.

6. Dispute Handling and Limits of Liability

Disputes regarding deliveries or meal quality must be reported within 24 hours of receipt via our support portal. We will investigate and resolve disputes at our discretion, which may include meal replacement or credit. Our liability is limited to the value of the affected delivery. We are not liable for indirect damages, including but not limited to loss of income or inconvenience. All claims must be filed within 30 days of the incident.

7. Modifications to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms & Conditions at any time. Changes will be communicated via email or our website. Continued use of the service constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

8. Governing Law
